Privacy policy
This page explains what Swift Spins collects when you visit, how it is used and kept, and the rights you have under Australian privacy law. It applies to liquidezya.com only.

Swift Spins (liquidezya.com) is an independent Australian information site, and this policy sets out how we handle personal information in connection with the site, in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) that Act contains. We collect only what is needed to operate and improve the site, and we do not sell personal information to anyone.
What we collect
Visiting this site generates ordinary server log data: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages requested, referring page, and the date and time of each request. This is standard web-server logging, used for security monitoring, diagnosing technical problems, and understanding aggregate traffic patterns; it is not used to build an individual profile of a named visitor. If you email us at [email protected], we hold your email address and message content for as long as needed to respond and, where relevant, to keep a record of a correction or complaint.
We do not operate user accounts, do not ask visitors to register, and do not collect financial account details, PayID identifiers or banking credentials of any kind through this site. Nothing on Swift Spins asks you to enter payment information, since we are an information site rather than a payment or gambling service; pages such as our PayID deposits guide describe how those transfers work elsewhere, not on this site itself.
Cookies
This site uses only functional cookies needed for the site to work correctly, such as remembering that you have dismissed a notice. We do not run third-party advertising trackers or cross-site profiling cookies. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their own settings; doing so may affect minor site functionality but will not prevent you from reading any page.
How information is used
Server logs and any correspondence are used only for operating the site, maintaining security, responding to enquiries or corrections, and understanding how pages are used in aggregate so we can prioritise updates. We do not use visitor data for any gambling-related marketing, since we run no gambling product and promote no operator, and we do not share personal information with any third party for their own marketing purposes.
Retention
Server log data is retained for a limited period sufficient for security and diagnostic purposes and is not kept indefinitely. Email correspondence is retained only as long as needed to resolve the matter raised and to keep a reasonable record afterwards, and is deleted once it no longer serves either purpose. We do not retain data for longer than a stated purpose requires simply because storage is cheap; retention periods are reviewed alongside the rest of this policy.
Your rights and the OAIC
Under the Privacy Act 1988 and the APPs, you can ask what personal information we hold about you and request correction of any inaccuracy. To do either, email [email protected] with enough detail to identify the correspondence or data concerned. If you believe we have mishandled your personal information and are not satisfied with our response, you can lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC), the independent body that oversees privacy compliance in Australia.
External links
Some pages on this site link out to a small set of official Australian reference sources, such as the regulator responsible for offshore gambling enforcement, the official PayID information site, the national self-exclusion register, and the free national gambling-support service. Those sites have their own privacy practices, which this policy does not cover; we link to them only for accurate, verifiable reference and recommend reading their own privacy terms before submitting any information to them directly.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the site or applicable law changes. The date at the base of each page reflects when content, including this policy, was last checked. Material changes to how we handle personal information will be reflected here rather than notified individually, since we hold no visitor contact list to notify.
